Does MyShopOutBack.com ship internationally?
No, MyShopOutBack.com only ships to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii.
Why does MyShopOutBack.com NOT ship internationally?
Compliance with regulations added countless hours to processing international orders. Our prices are too low to justify spending the time and effort it takes to ship compliant international packages.
How are freight prices calculated?
Dimensional Weight
The main change involves the use of something called dimensional weight. The freight carriers have switched to using this method for packages that are large, but not necessarily heavy.
The dimensional weight is calculated by taking the dimensions and dividing the volume by 194 (L x W x H = VOL / 194)
Example:
Lets say we have a backpack that is 28x16x8 but only weighs 5lbs.
The regular weight is 5lbs.
The dimensional weight is 18.47lbs.

Weight Limit
Our cart used to have a 150lb weight limit. This limit has been increased and the calculator and handle thousands of pounds.
General Calculation
Here is how our freight is calculated: actual freight + insurance + $1.50 handling and materials + hazmat charges (if applicable)
Please note:
1. All orders are sent out with insurance.
2. $1.50 replaces the $2.25 order fee, however it will be more strictly enforced.
Can I stop a package that has been shipped?
If it was shipped USPS Post Office, NO.
If it was shipped UPS, we can try, but it is not always successful and the fee is $11.00. New UPS Returns Service Rates are now in effect.
I would like to return an item. What do I do?
For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and call to obtain a return authorization number.
If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

Return in original packaging

Return to Green Supply within (30) days

Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise

Enclose a brief letter of explanation

All returns must be prepaid
No COD's accepted.
All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.
